HUBWAV MEDIA WINS BIG AT 46TH ANNUAL TELLY AWARDS

“Guac Sports” social campaign scores Silver and two Bronze wins in brand collaboration, food & beverage, and social media categories



LOS ANGELES - (May 22, 2025) - Hubwav Media, in partnership with Northgate Market, is proud to announce that their original social media campaign “Guac Sports” has been honored with three Telly Awards at the 46th Annual Telly Awards.


Out of over 13,000 global entries, the campaign took home:

  • 🥈 Silver in Brand Collaboration: Use of Creator, Celebrity & Influencer

  • 🥉 Bronze in Social Media

  • 🥉 Bronze in Food & Beverage


Now in its second consecutive year as a Telly winner, Hubwav Media continues to deliver storytelling that resonates across screens and cultures. Last year, the studio took home a Gold Telly and the honor for Best Interview & Talk Show for its hit show Mando & Friends.

This campaign is the latest milestone in a long-standing collaboration between Hubwav Media and Northgate Market, one of the largest and most beloved Latino supermarket chains in Southern California. The two have teamed up over the past five years on everything from broadcast commercials and in-store events to pandemic food drives and seasonal giveaways—all rooted in authentic community engagement.

“Guac Sports” blended game-day excitement with a flavor-forward concept, using social-first content and creator-driven storytelling to highlight Northgate’s iconic fresh guacamole. The series even featured fan-favorite sports analysts Livette Ruvalcaba and Mariano Trujillo from Fox Deportes, who joined as special hosts to add their signature insight and charisma to the campaign.
