LAFC MOVES TO THE TOP IN WESTERN CONFERENCE

What a beautiful night!

It was a special day at BMO Stadium celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage through exclusive collaborations, performances, and a chance to purchase the holy grail, LAFC’s Championship Replica Ring.

There to honor and promote awareness of Japanese-American culture, the Hikari Taiko Drummers of Norwalk, CA performed near the North end of the stadium (LAFC is for the people!). FC Dorsum also participated by releasing a very limited and exclusive t-shirt collaboration with LAFC to celebrate AAPI (so if you snagged one at the game, you have an exclusive gem in your hands).

Alright, now onto football!

LAFC vs San Jose Earthquakes

Stipe Buik wasted no time and scored his second club goal for LAFC at minute 3, giving the home team the early lead. The Quakes responded in the second half at minute 52 with an equalizer after six shots on goal. And by the grace of VAR, a handball was called against the Quakes, giving Carlos Vela the penalty shot at stoppage time, minute 95, and securing the 2-1 win against San Jose.

LAFC secures 3 points and now moves into first place in the Western Conference, let’s go!
